The Project:
A major programme of works to 1,600 flats and cottages collectively known as the Octavia Hill Estates owned by this prestigious client, the asset management arm of the Church of England with £4billion of assets under management. Works undertaken in phases on estates spread across London and remaining in occupation throughout at estimated cost of £100 million. Scope of works comprising a mixture of essential repairs, maintenance and external improvement work including enhanced landscaping.
Our role as Project Manager and Client Representative:
To provide total project management services including the appointment of consultants and procurement of all project resources and the management of the delivery of project scope to cost, quality and programme.
