Project: Red Line, Lagos Rail Mass Transit Project
Client: Marina Express Consortium/The Infrastructure Bank
The Project:
The Lagos State Government through its agency LAMATA requested for bidders for the concessions to build, finance, operate and maintain the 30km light rail railway property otherwise known as the Red Line from Marina, Lagos to Agbado, with a spur at Oshodi linking the international and domestic airports.
The Marina Express Consortium led by The Infrastructure Bank requested technical advisory services from CANAC and ourselves to win the bid and thereafter to help to build and operate the railway.
Our role as Technical Advisors:
To bid management and team coordination, project development, client representation, managing stakeholders, and liaising with LAMATA. Presentations to the Lagos Excos.
